We honour & respect all the other Driving Schools. Just ask them the following questions –
- Apart from Cert4 Driving Instructor accredited, do they hold Cert4 in TAE ? If not, then, they are only instructors. They will not have the skills to Assess & Evaluate their students. SDS holds both Cert 4 Certified.
- How long have they been teaching? SDS since 1991.
- Owner Operator or Company? What back up plans they have in place if something happens to them or their vehicle. The majority of the Instructors in SDS are Owner Operators.
- Are they open 7 days & flexible with their times ? SDS – yes to both. Upon request we work outside our schedule & on public holidays.
- How do they Assess, Evaluate, Measure & Record students progress ? SDS always has students coming from other driving schools & sharing their experiences. We do not compromise on our quality standards. We do have our own methods to record, access and evaluate the student progress which is discussed with the student at the end of the lesson. The feedback given is strictly confidential and not shared with anyone outside.
- Is there any Cancellation policy and/or refunds ? Certain companies require 24 hours cancellation notice. Also there is no refund policy. SDS requires 4 hours cancellation notice prior to the start of the lesson.
SDS Package & gift voucher deals expires after 12 months and 6 months respectively from the date of purchase.
SDS Package lessons are fully refundable. The number of lessons taken and a $5 office charge is deducted from the total money paid for the lesson. Refund is either paid in cash or direct debit to customers nominated account.
